Eva-Last, manufacturer of TIER indoor flooring, has officially launched its new TIER Classic commercial range of stone polymer composite (SPC) flooring.  

This expands the current TIER Classic range to include five fashionable new colourways that provide the beauty of wood in an SPC offering.  

Offering superior performance ideally suited to the African climate, TIER Classic commercial is available in Grey Oak, Eucalyptus Natural, Washed Oak Natural, Washed Walnut and Streaked Mahogany. 

From residential to commercial 

The range offers exceptional reliability and durability, making it ideal for a wide variety of commercial applications. Its advanced design allows for easy installation. 

Even in domestic settings, the product range gives property owners access to greater possibilities with 15 TIER flooring colours to choose from, across both the Classic and Element ranges.  

Floating technology 

SPC became popular as a hybrid between ceramic tiles and soft, sound- and water-resistant vinyl with a rigid core. TIER floating composite floors are designed with a 2G click-installation system, perfectly suited for demanding environments.  

This technology offers a strong, robust and reliable system for easily installing floors that perform over the long term. 

Robust commercial flooring solution 

TIER’s commercial range incorporates the heat-resistant CarbideCore, one of the thickest cores on the market. It is made from a mineral polymer compound able to tolerate temperatures of up to 80°C. This ensures that the floor will retain its shape, even when one area is exposed to harsh sunlight, while another may be shielded from the sun.  

The 0,5mm scuff- and scratch-resistant wear layer boasts an AC4 wear rating, capable of withstanding the wear and tear of gyms, entrance lobbies, shopping centres, restaurants and even public restrooms.  

It’s 1mm dense IXPE underlay ensures thermal and sound insulation and provides added comfort underfoot.
