Safal Steel announced the passing of Marc Arnould, their Sales and Business Development Manager on the 10^th of August.

Long-standing history in the steel industry

Arnould had a long-standing history within the steel industry, and this is not only a loss for the Safal Group but for the industry in its entirety. He started his journey with the Safal Group at Safintra South Africa and later joined Safal Steel as Sales and Business Development Manager in 2019.

Marc was an exceedingly valued and esteemed member of the organisation, a dynamic leader, and a wonderful colleague and friend to many. His sudden passing has created a palpable gap within the organisation, and he will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched in such a profound way.

Ed’s note: Marc was one of the greats. Always ready to listen, help and chat, he will leave a gap in the industry. Well-loved and widely respected, Marc really had Safal and the steel industry top of mind. We offer our sincere condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time.
