With 32 years’ experience fabric, Hertex has established itself as the leading distributor of international fabric trends to the South African interior market. Hertex houses a multitude of quality collections including upholstery, curtaining and multi-purpose fabric covering everything from corporate and hospital to contract and residential use.

Their July ranges include the following:

Cha-Cha
With its high-end appearance, entry-level pricing and impressive durability, Cha-Cha will fill a multitude of needs. Sofas, headboards, cushions and other accessories will all be enhanced with this soft-pile fabric that has a subtle mottled texture and comes in 10 vibrant, on-trend colours.

Ebony & Ivory
Prints, chunky weaves, jumbo cords, flat-woven options and ticking stripes – all in black and white – make this new collection a two-toned showstopper. Featuring 280 cm-wide prints on a 100% cotton-viscose-linen mix, Ebony & Ivory offers versatility, comfort and effortless style. Plus, it will coordinate perfectly with our forthcoming selection of on-trend monochromatic HAUS rugs.

Essentials

Massimo
(Shown in main image at the top) This top-of-the-range designer astrakhan is offered in 14 pitch-perfect colours. The texture of Massimo will complement most furniture styles, but will be particularly suitable for generously sized, rounded retro pieces. The combination of acrylic, polyester and a touch of viscose makes for a luxurious yet durable upholstery fabric that offers 40 000 rubs and is washable at 30 C.

Essentials
The ever-popular motifs of grass, water and other natural designs are reflected in Essentials, a vinyl wallpaper collection that has the added benefits of easy pattern matching and no fading issues. This well-priced collection lends itself to both domestic and contract application and will prove to be an essential addition to any designer’s product arsenal.
