Cosentino has introduced seven new elegant colours to its Dekton® range, all evoking a feeling of beautiful calm.
Cosentino has launched seven new elegant and tranquil colour options for its Dekton® range of ultra-compact surfaces at Construmat 2015.
These new additions bring the Dekton® colour range to a total of 22 different references which are grouped in four collections: Solid Collection, Natural Collection, Tech Collection and Wild Collection.
Greys and ochres: Ventus, Korus and Galema
These new hues offer the purest simplicity of greys and ochres, and are exceptional because of their smooth, authentic colours that bring out the essential for cutting-edge architecture. The three tints were added to the Dekton® Solid Collection, a range offering the nuances inherent in the purity and continuity of colour. This collection already comprises the Domoos colours Sirius, Ananké, Ariane and Zenith.
Concrete look: Keon
An innovative industrial finish inspired by the colour and texture of concrete, Keon was added to the Dekton® Tech Collection, a landmark collection known for its ground-breaking look and its aesthetic industrial slant. Keon embodies a colour that evokes the natural appearance of concrete, confirming Cosentino’s commitment to promote noble materials for architectural inspiration. This line also includes the colours Keranium, Kadum and Strato.
Spanish stone: Kelya
A new, warm finish inspired by natural, dark-coloured Spanish stone such as calatorao, Kelya is part of the Dekton® Natural Collection, a series that reflects Cosentino’s aspiration to emulate the best of what nature offers. Like the other colours in this collection, Kelya recalls the functionality of the appearance of natural stone. This new colour is exceptional for its dark, emphatic appearance and its delicate pattern of veining for the creation of exclusive designs. This range also features the colours Danae, Sirocco, Vegha, Irok, Edora, Aura and Kairos.
Wood finishes: Borea and Makai
Incorporating the texture of wood and presenting romantic vintage looks in white and dark, as well as a solid wood finish, the Borea and Makai colours make up the new Dekton® Wild Collection. This collection allows architects and designers to create spaces that are timeless, with excellent technical performance. While Borea has a dark, deep and solid look, Makai is a cream-coloured surface, occasionally interrupted by delicate ochre veining. Dekton® currently offers two other colours with a wood finish, Ariane and Ananké, which, due to their smooth look, are part of the Solid Collection.
The seven new Dekton® colour references were developed in response to the latest design trends of infusing spaces with balance and soberness by using beautiful, elegant colours with discerning hints that evoke a feeling of calm.
