Ross Creasey, Waterproofing Line Manager for MAPEI South Africa, sought a career in his passion for engineering by completing his Bachelors of Civil Engineering degree at the University of Johannesburg with a problem-solving and solutions-driven attitude. Upon completion he began what is now a strong 12-year career in engineering having worked his way up to his current role as PM.

Ross is proud of the role he has played in many great and small projects but lists his time working on the dredging and extension of the Transnet Maydon Wharf 12 Harbour, as well as his role as Project Manager in the building of the Thune Dam in Botswana, amongst his greatest achievements. Ross currently holds a position on the board for inspection and amendments of SANS standards, thereby allowing him to play a greater role in the construction industry as a whole.
