Global resin flooring manufacturer, Flowcrete Group, launched a social media campaign to showcase the faces and personalities behind their brand. The campaign was launched in November 2017 and spanned multiple channels under the hashtag #flowcretefootprint.
The goal of the campaign is to unite customers, employees and the leadership team by encouraging people to share their experiences with the company. Whether a top executive is at a trade show, an administrative person is dealing with clients in the office, or the team is with clients on site, everyone who interacts with the Flowcrete brand has been encouraged to snap selfies and photos to document their experience with the brand. These interactions, which they have called “footprints”, have been shared across various social media platforms and by searching for the #flowcretefootprint hashtag, readers can see what has been posted.
The brand interactions documented on social media were then aggregated into one central “footprint” pin board, which can be viewed via www.flowcrete.com/footprint. Each month, the winning “footprint” is selected and this person receives a mystery prize.
