A new, improved formula accelerates flooring installations while adding significantly to aesthetics and ensuring continued client satisfaction.
Flowcrete South Africa’s improved Flowfresh formula makes hygienic floor installations easier and more eye-catching than ever. With the implementation of this innovative clean floor concept, Flowfresh is even more rewarding than before due to a formula change that simplifies the logistics of use while adding extra vibrancy to the range of colours available.
In addition, Flowfresh combines a high-quality base with the natural cleaning power of Polygiene to deliver a floor for environments that need to meet the highest possible level of hygiene. Up to 99.9% of surface bacteria is eliminated by the antimicrobial agent that is diffused throughout the mixture. Delivering strength and durability, a Flowfresh floor remains resilient in even the most demanding settings, minimising failure risks and facilitating cleanliness throughout the product’s life.
With a critical change having been made to the formula’s pigment component, this market-leading flooring solution has even more benefits to the end user than ever before, resulting in a wide range of colours to provide the client with more options and greater customer satisfaction.
The new formula also has a positive effect on the floor’s brightness – brighter floors are safer floors, which is especially important in areas where worker safety is paramount. Colour stability is another benefit, which means the floor’s colour will stay crisper and more vivid for much longer when compared to similar products on the market.
Furthermore, clients will be serviced significantly faster, as this innovative formulation has cut down on lead times, speeding up the Flowfresh installation process.
The new pigment formula is classified as a Non-Dangerous Good, which means it can be transported with less hassle. Reducing the red tape to ship by road, sea or air, combined with easier storage closer to clients, shortens the response time from storeroom to construction site.
“We’ve launched the new and improved Flowfresh product by taking it on a roadshow around the country,” says Craig Blitenthall, Managing Director of Flowcrete South Africa. “Throughout April and May we’ve hosted workshops in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg, introducing clients to the updated system and providing training on its application.”
Flowcrete South Africa’s developments don’t stop with Flowfresh; Metallic Expressions – a unique, decorative flooring system that creates one-of-a-kind artistic floors with a striking galvanised metallic effect – has also recently been introduced.
This solution provides commercial locations with the opportunity to make a dramatic style statement with a floor that not only looks fantastic, but which will also be able to withstand onsite demands such as constant foot traffic and spillages while maintaining an hygienic, easy-to-clean surface.
