Rheinzink perforated systems offer a variety of design options for architects.
South African architects can now tap into multiple design options for building facades with Rheinzink titanium zinc products, says Stephen Wilkinson, business manager at Rheinzink South Africa.
“Design options of Rheinzink in standard round or lozenge shaped perforations in extended, tailored dimensions are virtually boundless,” explains Wilkinson.
Rheinzink perforated systems have many advantages when implemented as shade or visual protection in front of glass facades. They recreate compact surfaces in unexpected ways and are durable, maintenance-free and environmentally-friendly.
Rheinzink products are 99% pure zinc, with defined additions of titanium and copper, and are produced at the company’s factory in Datteln, Germany. It carries top German and European quality certificates and the environment certificate IBU (Institut Bauen & Umwelt) based on lifecycle analysis.
Many internationally recognised architects such as Daniel Libeskind, Frank Gehry and Zaha Hadid have come to appreciate the properties of Rheinzink and have used it on their award-winning projects.
