Francois du Toit – Promoted from National Sales Manager to Sales Director
In 2012, Francois joined the company as National Sales Manager. He has a BProc law degree and a MCom in Business Management. His recent promotion means that he will be responsible for growing sales in strategic market segments, tactically launching new products or services into the market and ensuring customer service standards are high and continually improving.
Theresa Venter – Promoted from Marketing Manager to Marketing Director
Theresa has a BCom (Honours) degree in Marketing Management. She joined FloorworX in 2005 and has performed the duties of marketing manager for the past 10 years. In her new position, Theresa will be overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy, including planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programmes targeted toward existing and new markets.
Shane Hinchliffe – Promoted from Regional Sales Manager KZN and Eastern Cape to National Technical and Training Manager
Shane has spent the last 34 years working in the flooring industry. In 2006, FloorworX promoted him to Regional Sales Manager KZN and Eastern Cape. As of 1 January 2018, Shane will lead all national technical training programmes for floor fitters as well as FloorworX sales and product service professionals on features, installation and maintenance of FloorworX flooring products.
Dee Naicker – Promoted from Sales Representative to Regional Sales Manager KZN and Eastern Cape
Dee has been with the company for over a decade. When she first joined FloorworX in 1996, she was an internal sales consultant and was appointed to sales representative in 2006. Dee is excited about her new role as a regional sales manager, which is effective as of 1 January 2018. She is a self-motivated individual who is always passionate about what she does.
Peta Smith – Promoted from Sales Representative to Regional Sales Manager Inland Region
Peta has been in the building industry since the year 2000 and joined FloorworX in 2010. She has been with the FloorworX inland sales team for 7 years and worked as an architectural sales representative. Her recent promotion will put her in the ideal position to focus on her strengths, namely motivating and supporting the inland sales team.
Mbali Mohasoane – Promoted from Internal Sales Consultant to Internal Sales Team Leader
Mbali Mohasoane has been appointed as a team leader in the FloorworX internal sales department. Mbali studied Business and Administration Management as well as Call Centre Operation Management through Damelin Business College and for the past seven years, has been working as an internal sales consultant at FloorworX. Mbali looks forward to leading with integrity; she hopes to help the team achieve set sales targets and to offer excellent service to all FloorworX customers.
