Is it concrete, is it a tile? NO IT’s VINYL!

Finfloor recently introduced the Diamond SPCTile luxury tile to its range. This easy-to-install, durable and long-lasting product is perfectly suited to contractors and developers working on new establishments or wanting to renovate existing spaces.

The tiles are slip-resistant and surpass international testing requirements as well as acoustic testing for footfall and impact sound disbursement. They also boast the same unique properties as the Diamond Core SPC floorboards including being highly stable across a range of temperatures, making them suitable for a variety of applications across the home, office and even hotels in any climate. Being fade-resistant, they are also suitable for exposure to the African sun.

Easy installation and replacement
Made from 100% virgin materials, Diamond Tile SPC products are healthy, eco-friendly and exhibit no formaldehyde emissions in testing. The waterproof click-lock installation makes the flooring quick to install without grouting and it can easily be removed and replaced without the hassles experienced in the past. Little to no sub-floor preparation is required for this floating floor. It has a large floor coverage +/- 200m² before the required expansion gap profile is required which makes it an excellent option for developers wanting to quickly improve the aesthetics of a space.

The product is textured with a coral surface and has a 4-sided micro-bevel finish and a classic granite or marble tile look. It is fit for use in both heavy residential and general commercial applications, with a 30-year warranty on the residential use and 10-year warranty on commercial applications.

The tiles come in three in stock colours: Moon Stone, Tourmaline and Grey Pearl with a further option of 30 special order colours all in the following dimensions: 900x450x6mm. They have a 0.7mm wear layer and 1.62m² are included per box.
