Floor manufacturing company Flowcrete recently launched a blog where it will be sharing its industry insights, knowledge and news. The goal of the site is to become a go-to educational hub for all things resin flooring.
The blog has been created as part of a multi-platform campaign to engage with the construction industry’s online community. The company will be posting regular posts in order to give their readership the latest information relating to industrial and commercial flooring.
“Our new flooring blog is a great addition to the company’s existing web presence,” comments Rebekah Jones, Flowcrete Group Creative Marketing Manager.
“This site not only gives us an interactive space to engage with online customers about our latest products and services but also provides a platform for Flowcrete to extend its brand leadership and expertise,” continues Jones.
Flowcrete will be sharing information about its international projects and corporate news – from projects in South Africa to events in Singapore. A character called Dr Flowcrete has also been invented who will give tips to medical facilities on how their flooring choices can affect hygiene, for example.
Besides articles and blog posts, website visitors will also be able to browse through educational videos. An interactive web presence has been developed across the blog, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest to develop conversations and engagement.
