Commercial screeds designed to minimise downtime and maximise cost efficiency.
In the fast-moving commercial and retail environment, time is money. Floors have to be laid quickly and be available to other trades in the shortest time possible. With this in mind, Weber designed a unique range of commercial screeds in order to offer the industry solutions that are highly resistant to wear and tear, mechanical, chemical and thermal loads, while being readily acceptable for use in warehouses, industrial premises, workshops and parking lots.
Specifying Weber floors or screeds enables the contractor to quickly and efficiently complete installations, often at a much faster rate than traditional methods. This in turn allows for foot and forklift traffic within only 24 hours, which dramatically minimises downtime and ensures an installation that is cost-effective.
Due to the fact that a Weber Floor solution can be applied as a thin layer (measuring 5-40mm), it is able to reduce the cost of the building’s structure, making it an even more viable option when compared to other traditional flooring and screeding methods. In addition, these thin screeds also reduce the need for any adaption of doors.
Their range of products can be used as floating, unbonded and bonded screeds, including insulated, acoustic or heated floors. Furthermore, Weber floors and screeds are also produced in a manner that is compatible with low carbon dioxide emissions, low dust and significantly lower PH-levels.
