Expansion of any kind in a tough economy is most often due to outstanding service and unique product offerings.
Seamless Flooring Systems has opened a new warehouse and showroom in Gauteng with another ISO 9001-certified colouring plant that aims to provide a faster and more efficient service to the market.
With South Africa’s currency weakening against other major currencies, we find ourselves investigating the export market more vigorously,” says Jeremy Stewart, owner of Seamless Flooring Systems. “Currently, Seamless Flooring Systems operate in sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands but we are in discussions to export our flooring products to several other countries. Even though Quartz Carpet is already operating in 35 countries worldwide and in all five continents, Seamless Flooring Systems also have several other products in our stable with great potential.”
Seamless Flooring Systems is the holding company for several successful flooring brands in South Africa. The largest brand is Quartz Carpet, which offers three product ranges each with many colour and stone size options. Another increasingly popular brand is PLAYSaFE safety rubber flooring, which consists of four product ranges with each range also offering several colour and usage options.
Seamless Flooring Systems has been operating in South Africa since 2003 as both a manufacturer and distributor and has also been extensively involved in product testing and applicator training. This is to ensure that the correct technical knowledge is made available and applied for use with its systems.
The NoMo landscaping synthetic turf line recently introduced into South Africa is extremely popular due to its quality backing and durable weave, while still being the most competitively priced artificial grass in the market. Seamless Flooring Systems also offers a flooring surface for all sporting activities such as rugby, cricket, soccer and hockey, despite their varying specifications.
Besides its own brands, each offering its own unique products, Seamless Flooring Systems has also accumulated a network of European suppliers, which it serves as their sole distributors. The company prides itself on being able to offer the latest flooring technology to its markets in sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands.
