Exciting changes announced at SAVA’s AGM

The Southern African Vinyls Association (SAVA) announced various exciting new developments and strategic changes during its virtual AGM on 12 May 2022.

“The SAVA leadership realised that our service offering and benefits to members needed a critical re-look to ensure that we continue to remain in step with the changes in our industry. We pinpointed a few long-term goals for SAVA that are both enduring and transferrable and will help us become a desirable industry association that represents 80% of the PVC industry in Sub-Saharan Africa over the next ten years,” reported Monique Holtzhausen, CEO of SAVA.

“At a time when companies are facing numerous operational challenges and some struggling to survive, SAVA made several significant and strategic changes that will ultimately help to drive business growth for our members,” she says.

Some of the important announcements made by SAVA include:

“SAVA is committed to helping our members not only protect their market, but expand their customer base by communicating scientifically-proven information about the benefits, versatility and excellent performance of vinyls,” Monique concludes.
