R&D Contracting recently introduced a range of Dynarail’s products which can be used to end unnecessary costs and maintenance on safety installations for good.
Facilities managers as well as professionals in the design and construction industry know that handrails, ladders and safety cages often come with maintenance costs as well as worker-safety issues. Specialist maintenance company for the commercial and industrial sectors, R&D Contracting, offers an industry-leading solution to end unnecessary costs and maintenance for good.
The company recently introduced a range of Dynarail’s products which include fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) for handrails and ladders, as well as fibregrate moulded grating walking surfaces, which have made costly periodic maintenance almost non-existent.
David Williams, sales director of R&D Contracting, says the lifespan of these products alone has already attracted customers from the oil and gas, chemical, bridge and highway industries. The mining sector has particularly taken an interest in Dynarail’s products due to the benefits of FRP as well as its non-corrosive properties.
“Corrosion-prone mild steel structures are so problematic. The continual maintenance of the steel railings means that business as usual is inevitably interrupted with an associated maintenance budget impact and downtime as safety in these areas is compromised,” explains Williams.
Installation of the product includes pre-drilled hoops for easy assembly, meaning that companies do not have to place a halt on business to install these products.
“These products are UV-protected and can be painted to clients’ corporate colour specification with a high-quality polyurethane top coat, and structures exposed to high ultraviolet (UV) weathering will benefit incalculably. We are proud to use Dynarail products in all our maintenance work,” concludes Williams.
