Locally stocked tufted tile that offers a truly sustainable carpeting solution with 100% recycled fibre.
Belgotex Commercial’s eco-friendly tufted tile range – Everest – with recycled Econyl – represents the peak of sustainable carpeting that is truly everlasting.
Truly Sustainable Carpeting
Produced using the world’s first and only 100% sustainable polymer – Econyl – on a 12th gauge tufting machine, Everest is the only locally stocked tufted tile offering a truly sustainable carpeting solution with 100% recycled fibre.
Econyl is derived from recycled fishing nets and post-industrial fibres and can be recycled into itself over and over again without any sacrifice in performance, colour retention, stain resistance or durability. The quality is equal to that of virgin fibre and sets new standards in sustainability.
Everest’s high stitch rate delivers outstanding performance and longevity and, coupled with its bitumen backing, offers a complete green flooring solution that is truly sustainable and prevents thousands of tonnes of waste ending up on landfill sites.
Available in eight traditional colourways with a subtle fade in/ fade out colour-graded design, Everest is ideal for corporate, commercial or civil applications. The 50 x 50cm tiles can be laid in several directions to create different decorative textured effects that hide soiling or tracking.
The locked-in colour pigment of this new-generation yarn guarantees high UV- and stain-resistance, while the tufted textured loop-pile range satisfies all GBCSA criteria for low VOC-emissions and Indoor Air Quality (IEQ13).
