Preparation for optimal adhesion 

The substrate underwent mechanical surface preparation to achieve the required profile and ensure optimal adhesion. The initial coat was modified with a 5% water dilution to enhance the substrate penetration and bonding performance. 

The completed system delivers a seamless, durable and chemically resistant surface, well-suited for the rigorous hygiene and maintenance demands of food processing and packaging environments.
