The distinctive curved façade of a well-known car dealership in Centurion was created with aluminium zinc cladding in a variety of colours. 

Flashing Centre, with its more than 50 years’ experience in the manufacturing and fabrication of metal roofing accessories, provided the installer, Ferrum Trading, with the required products to complete the iconic structure. 

The design 

The new development by M&T Development was completed in 2023. The project used simple perimeter detail flashings in straight and curved sections, with punched drip flashings to divert rainwater away.  

The Colorbond material is made from a durable Zincalume core, with a corrosion inhibitor and sealed with a painted finish for a long-lasting installation. It was supplied in several colours to create the structure’s unique look, including Volcanic, Armour Grey and Amazing White.
