LiLi Tiles recently introduced the new Milano Style Collection. They have partnered with the Italian designers, Studio Original Designers 6r5 Network, and their design director, Francesco Roggero, to create their newest cement tile line.
Old meets new
LiLi Tiles unveiled five new Italian-inspired designs, with ten beautiful colour variations in the Milano Style Collection crafted with Vietnamese cement in an over 150-year-old process, combining the new with the old – by combining the famous high-fashion design from Milan with the durability of their Vietnamese-made cement.
The talented and experienced designer
Francesco Roggero is the founder and managing director of Studio Original Designers 6r5 Network since 1971. They have been design consultants for brands all over the world. The Milano Style Collection is inspired by the interaction of nature and technology – all grounded in the roots of Italian design.
The five new patterns in the Milano Style Collection include:
A high-fidelity pattern cement tile with an interlocking chain pattern, available in red and blue.
Inspired by the northern Italian coastline with its star pattern. It is available in grey and white stars on dark grey or ocean blue backgrounds.
Lut channels the energy of waves through an ultra-modern interpretation. The pattern ebbs and flows in alternating shades of grey, green or solid blue, combining the imagery of ocean and sound waves.
A tile fit for a king, with the throne pattern featuring angular spikes rising to create a royal backdrop. It is available in three colour variations, featuring cool-coloured throne spikes atop white, grey, or orange backdrops.
The Tucson pattern is an updated reinterpretation of classic southwestern motifs. The rustic, yet clean design features one colour variation, combining the desert-inspired colours of grey, rich yellow and earthy sage.
