Bringing together the design fraternity to focus on the year ahead is what the Interior Design Professions event was about.
The African Institute of the Interior Design Professions (IID) invited its Johannesburg members to attend their New Year function held at Fresh Earth in Emmarentia, Johannesburg, earlier this year. The goal was to welcome back everyone and engage in a positive start to celebrate the New Year.
The IID is the only professional body representing the Interior Design industry in South Africa and is dedicated to establishing, promoting and maintaining expertise, professionalism, sound business practice and high standards throughout the industry.
Bearing this in mind, the goal of the function was to network and spend some social time together away from the office. As noted by those who attended, the morning set the tone for the year ahead.
“Our two titles, FLOORS in Africa and WALLS&ROOFS in Africa were happy to have been part of this get together and will continue to support the IID wherever possible,” says Roxanne Mancini, Editor of FLOORS in Africa magazine. “We look forward to our partnership with the institute going forward.”
