Polyflor SA has announced four new information sharing breakfasts where guests will be awarded 0.2 CPD points.
Polyflor South Africa will be hosting another four information sharing breakfast sessions during the months of July and August as part of their highly successful “Excellence in Flooring” thought leadership initiative.
Under the topic, “Prevention is better than cure”, these sessions are hosted by Polyflor SA Chief Executive Officer, Tandy Coleman-Spolander, who explains how building protection systems can help lower risk and maintenance costs.
“Slips and trip are the single most common cause of major injuries in most countries,” says Tandy. “However, using the right floorcovering and finishes in high risk areas can make a significant contribution to mitigating risks. It has become vitally important for flooring specifiers to know and understand what the slip risk law states and how to incorporate safety solutions into their design. Also, selecting the right building protection system not only helps to protect the building, but can in fact lower your maintenance costs.”
The breakfasts are specifically aimed at architects, specifiers, installers and other interested parties. Attendance is free, but space is limited and booking is essential. 0.2 CPD Points (SACAP accredited) will be awarded for each guest attending the event.
Upcoming information sharing breakfast sessions:
16 August 2016 | Mafikeng (venue to be advised)
17 August 2016 | Klerksdorp (venue to be advised)
