Numatic’s Twintec 1840 battery floor care machine is ideal for industrial floors, due to its design & performance attributes.

Numatic has built a solid reputation in the industry for supplying a vast range of high quality industrial cleaning equipment. One such product is their Twintec 1840 battery floor care machine, which has been engineered to substantially reduce size whilst, at the same time, maximise performance and handling.

With the total freedom of a cable free, 24V battery, this machine will get into areas and places that other machines simply will not go. In many respects, the Twintec 1840 allows hard floor maintenance in areas previously cleaned by mopping systems, but some 30% faster and to an improved standard.

With its low noise level and unobtrusive appearance, this machine is ideal for any commercial and industrial environment. In addition to its compact design, the handle system allows a full range of operator heights to be easily selected to suit the individual user, whilst the big, soft ride wheels ensure optimum manoeuvrability during use.

In addition to the operational mode, the handle and wheels specification provides for easy transit and exceptional compactness when transported from one location to another. Built from the ground up, the complete 1840 concept is new, however it has been developed using much of Numatic’s time-tested components and technology to ensure performance and reliability go hand-in-hand.

The suitcase style, 18 Amp sealed gel battery pack is fitted as standard while a second standby unit allows for extended performance, up to 1.5 hours – one battery being used and the other on charge. A separate charger is supplied as standard.

A range of easy fit brushes and drive boards, all incorporating Numatic’s 360 degree water feed system, provides uniform liquid delivery to the floor, ensuring consistent performance standards every single time the machine is in use.
