MMI Cornubia Contact Centre was awarded a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1 Design rating in February 2017 for its achievements in sustainable building features.

The office was designed to be efficient and flexible to allow for future expansion and changing usage and environment. It consists of two levels and one basement parking level. The office areas have a deep open floor plan with large penetrations between the floors to allow for light.
