The current South African women that are featuring in the 2016 Women in Flooring focus are considered leaders within their unique roles regardless of status, as they exhibit all the qualities and attributes portrayed by some of the most successful and inspiring women from around the world. They understand what it means to be a strong woman, how to achieve success and how to keep going in the face of adversity. These women are respected by their peers for who they are as individuals; as leaders; as co-workers; as mothers and as friends.

In the world of business, you are not in competition with other women, you are in competition with everyone. They face their fears; they take risks and they have the courage to get back up again and never quit. They understand that growth and comfort do not coexist, and that anything worthwhile requires hard work, passion and perseverance.
