Project details 

GRS proudly supplied 1,400m² of its superior Global-Dura AZ200 material in Klip-Tite™ with a 0.53mm thickness, finished in the elegant Egret White colour. 

Each pan/trough incorporates transverse male and female stiffener ribs with capillary action breaks.

This concealed-fix roofing solution not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the farm with its clean, modern lines and uninterrupted profile, but also delivers exceptional durability and weather resistance, ideal for withstanding harsh rural conditions. Its secure fastening system minimises the risk of leaks and uplift in high-wind areas, while reducing maintenance requirements over time. 

Since its launch in 2013, more than 4 million square metres of Klip-Tite™ have been rolled and sold. Its superior wind uplift performance, compared to any other concealed-fix sheeting in South Africa, made it the ideal choice for the conditions at this project location. 

Technical superiority 

Concealed-fix roofing systems are a modern development of the “Standing Seam” roofing, used successfully throughout the world for generations. GRS’s Klip-Tite™ incorporates transverse stiffener ribs in the pan, which is the latest technology in the South African roofing industry.
