Tuff Floors manufactures a variety of interlocking floor tiles designed for different applications and styles.

Their industrial-grade Big Brother PlastiLock is manufactured in a 7.5mm thick tile that weighs just short of 10kg per square metre and is designed for heavy-duty indoor environments as well as areas where one cannot use adhesive because the subfloor has been contaminated either by oil or failing epoxy paints.

Apart from its high performance once installed, it is high on the list of products that assist in protecting the environment, because 100% of the material used in its manufacture is recycled.

These interlocking floor tiles simply clip into each other like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle and, for that perfect fit against walls or fixed objects, they can be easily cut with a Stanley knife. In many applications these tiles can be installed without the need of an adhesive, but it must be noted that there are applications where the use of adhesive is essential.

Tuff Floors make these tiles locally in South Africa and installation is done through a network of established flooring contractors throughout South Africa. They also supply specialised anti-slip, anti-fatigue and self-drainage tiles that can be used behind bar counters, or for chemical plants and mines.
